Collection Point:   Raiu, Sumatra

Genetic Line:   F1 First Generation

Year Acquired:   2026

I acquired a pair from Brian Martineau by way of Artie Platt. The parents were collected in Raiu, Sumatra in 2023 and this F1 pair is now ~1 yr old. Like all licorice gouramies, they like dimly lit blackwater conditions and small live food. I've been feeding mine BBS, microworms, and the smallest white worms I can find in my culture. They prefer live foods and have very small mouths. Beautiful fish ... but they tend to be shy.
