The original stock of 20 F1 fry was sent by Oliver Lucanus to Michel Hayoz in Switzerland in 2017 from the 2nd Lake Kivu collection. Mike H. grew them and spawned them several times, ultimately shipping them to NECA in 2024, when I obtained 14 fry. I've grown them to adults, and they have spawned several times, with over 40 juveniles, fry and small adults currently in captivity here in the U.S. Michael Y. Liu has a group of 12 juveniles in addition to mine.
